BHScene - good speed and reliability, tool selection is fairly standard, although they don't have alot of the newer tools. Support was quick and helpful, overall I'd say a good option, but a bit pricey for what they offer.
Bhtdownloads - Horrible. Just horrible. Tools frequently break, then it can take days of contacting support before anything is fixed. Most tools are cracked. The only upside is they have almost every tool you can think of (however since alot won't work at any given time that hardly matters). Just stay away from these guys.
iMSnakeVPS - these guys are new. I literally just been with them for less than a month, and am very impressed. All tools just work. Absolutely no hassle. Support is friendly and professional. 'm sure they provide a great service since they just launched, I just hope it keeps being quality for a long time, unfortunately I've seen some great services that were great at first and then fizzled out with time.
I think Hostamus also offers some VPS options with SEO tools, but haven't tried them yet. So out of all I listed I'd recommend iMSnakeVPS.
